This is my first semester in college and I am very excited for the adventure and I am up for any challenge that is given to me.
ReplyDeleteMy name is Jonathan Ortiz I'm 18 and I am a father and husband with two kids. In high school i was always known as a mess up whether it was in academics or my personal life. So far I am looking at college like a new beginning a way for me to shed a title I earned. Not to say I’m going to become a straight A student but become the best me I can be even if it's C's and B's across the board. Being that I have children I have much more to fight for to give them a great life. I look forward to pushing myself to grow as a student and as a person.
ReplyDeleteGood Morning! My name is Stephen Araoz and I am half mexican, half uruguaian, and born in the United States. Brooklyn, NY to be exact, a really rough neighborhood in which i lived in for 10 years. I moved into New Jersey at the age of 10 and went from renting to owning a house! Really proud of my parents who came as immigrants and to succeed this much in such little time. In addition, I am actually attending school so I can be somebody in the future due to the fact that without education in America, there are no options. Hopefully everything turns out positive and I can make my parents proud!

I like football, I actually know how to play because my boyfriend was a football player back in high school. I have a son who is very annoying but cute. I want to major in nuring. I've always been a very lazy person at school but I'm willing to put all my effort now. For my major, I'm undecided but I'm thinking of getting into Buisness or Nursing. ReplyDeleteMy name is Ana Cruz; I am a mother of two children. I am the youngest of fourteen children. Being the youngest had its perks, but at the same time I didn’t learn a lot of basic things like cooking. I did finally learn how to cook when I got married. Growing up in Jersey City Heights was nice, but unfortunately it has gotten bad. The two loves of my life are my kids. It’s so amazing how much you could love another human being. Now, I am so looking forward to beginning my journey at school. Its a little nerve racking, but so worth it!

I love dancing and music is one of my passions in life though I don’t want to be a singer or a dancer yes it sounds weird because I love music but, my major is physical therapy I love helping others making them feel better about them selfs. I did my first two years of High School in my parents' home country,the Dominican Republic, because they decided for us to go live there in June of 2007. We moved back here in July of 2009 because they agreed that it was best for me to do my last two years of High School here in New Jersey. I love listening to bachata and playing Xbox.
